Want to build a bigger chest? Well... you need to apply some form of progressive resistance on your chest exercises in order to do that. Simply flexing your pecs is not a "chest workout" and will not help you build chest muscle in any significant way. Videos like this are nothing but a gimmick and total waste of time as part of your chest training. Stick to standard pec exercises like bench press, dumbbell press, machine press, cable press and chest fly variations trained close to muscular failure with the workload increasing over time. "Weightless nipple twerks" are not the answer to a big chest.
