Sabah and Sarawak to be known as 'Borneo States' following amendments to Constitution

Sarawak and Sabah will no longer be known as "East Malaysia" but as the "Borneo States" following amendments to the Federal Constitution, says Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister's Department Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib.

She said this in reply to Datuk Seri Wilfred Madius Tangau (Tuaran MP) in the Dewan Rakyat on Wednesday (Dec 1).
