Female Leaders Included in the Socializing of the Revised National Gender Policy

Earlier this month, the National Women’s Commission launched the 2021-2030 National Gender Policy. The revised policy is geared at bridging the gaps and focusing on areas for further action in several primary pillars which include gender-based violence, women in power and decision-making, and organizational system strengthening. Minister of Human Development, Dolores Balderamos-Garcia says that they are currently working to ensure equality and equity, especially for women in leadership roles.
